The Jay Merriman Mukoro Bursary fund was set up in his memory to enable a student experiencing financial hardship to take a one year Journalism course at Goldsmiths.

Jay was a film-maker who died tragically in 2014 aged 43. He was a good friend of Jude’s, a passionate storyteller who spoke at our first Social Media Exchange.
